QUALITY OF SOCIAL INTEREST HOUSING IN BAMBOO CANE APPLIED IN THE MEMBRILLAL SITE OF THE JIPIJAPA CANTON

Taking into account the current social housing projects, it is feasible to affirm that the housing process prioritizes quantitative methods in the production of social housing, putting quality aspects in the background. In this sense, the importance of improving the quality of life in poor communities has been reflected, which has become a clear objective, because the quality of the products provided by the national plan is poor and cannot meet the needs of the population. Based on a survey aimed at developing a comprehensive approach to housing quality, this article first briefly presents the housing approach implemented in the country. Then, explain the definition of the conceptual framework and the recommendations of methods for residential quality, and based on the analysis of the research results, transform them into design recommendations and improved regulations.
